We are so confident in the quality and performance of your new Calphalon product that we guarantee it for life! This guarantee covers any manufacturing faults and defects in workmanship and can be claimed by simply calling our Consumer Care Centre on freecall 1800 099 012 where one of our friendly Consumer Care Associates will be able to assist.

Please feel free to contact our consumer helpline during business hours (8:30am – 4:45pm Western Standard Time, Monday to Friday). Outside of these times, your call will be diverted to our message bank system. All messages left on this service are replied to at the beginning of the next working day.

• When items are returned to us they are inspected, tested, repaired (if possible) and cleaned.
• Any returned items that are deemed faulty and cannot be repaired will be replaced.
• A follow-up phone call and letter will be sent regarding returned items.
• We guarantee fast turnaround of all repair/replacements.
• We provide full support on all spare parts. Any item that becomes discontinued will remain available for a further 12-month period – or until stock runs out. At this point an alternative item will be supplied following consultation with the consumer.
