"SATISFACTION GUARANTEED OR YOUR MONEY BACK"

Calphalon is so confident that you will love your new Calphalon cookware that we are offering a "Satisfaction Guaranteed or Your Money Back" programme.

The terms and conditions under which the refund is offered are as follows:

  • 1. In the event that you are dissatisfied with the performance of your Calphalon cookware, please visit http:/www.milners.com.au/ and register your complaint with our Consumer Care Centre. Cookware will only be accepted for return if you have registered your dissatisfaction within 28 days of purchase;
  • 2. Upon registering your dissatisfaction you will be contacted by one of our Calphalon specialists and provided with detailed care and use information which we are confident will alleviate any concerns you have with Calphalon One;
  • 3. In the event that you are still not satisfied with your Calphalon One cookware, proof of purchase by way of cash register receipt must be produced at the time of claiming the refund, along with the cookware being returned; and
