LEMON & HERB STUFFED SEA BREAM
(serves 1-2)
Lake Crystal Salt
1 Whole Sea Bream-cleaned
1 Glass of white wine
1 Lemon
25g of Melted Butter
Bunch of Aromatic Frsh Herbs

Method:
1. Stuff cleaned fish with fresh herbs and 2-3 slices of lemon
2. Slash flesh with sharp knife and brush with melted butter; sprinkle white wine over skin and in the belly of the fish
3. Squeeze remaining lemon over body of fish and sprinkle generously with Lake Crystal salt.
4. Heat Calphalon One Frying Pan or Square Grill Pan until quite hot. Place fish in pan on moderate heat, turing once (the pan will sear the fish and then release it once it is cooked).
5. Serve on a bed of wilted spinach and baby new potatoes

1. Purchase Lake Crystal 250g packets or pouches containing either "fine" or "coarse" salt crystals fill in the attached form and answer the question and send your entry form in with the bar code of your lake crystal salt package to LAKE CRYSTAL 'ONE' COMPETITION PO BOX 308 CLOVERDALE WA 6985
2. Entry is Open to Australian residents aged 18 and over.
3. Entrants must complete the provided entry form attached to your Lake Crystal salt upon purchasing the product. One prize per entrant only.
4. Each month two winners will be decided by the judges awarding a winning prize and runners up prize.
5. The total prize pool for this game of skill is $8892.00
6. Entry is valid ONLY with the bar code from your Lake Crystal purchase
7. This competition is a 'game of skill'. An appropriatley qualified person will assess all of the entries. All entries will be judged for accuracy, innovation and creativity. All entries must be in the entrants own words.
8. Promotion commences 1st August 2007 and entries close on the 31st January 2008.
Entries MUST be received by Calphalon by 15th February 2008. Competition winners will be drawn monthly and notified via the telephone numbers entered on the entry form.
9. Entrants details will not be viewed or used by any other companies other than Calphalon Australia and Lake Crystal.

11. Winners will be notified monthly by telephone and subsequently informed by mail. The details of the competition winners will be published on the Calphalon website www.calphalon.com.au each month.
12. If any one of the twelve prizes are unclaimed within three months from draw date a redraw will occur at Glassford Road Kewdale WA 6104 and another winner determined.
