- Entry is open only to Australian residents ages 18 and over.
- Entrants must complete the Entry Form available from the Calphalon Website (http:/www.calphalon.com.au/ ).
- One Entry per Calphalon One Purchase.
- Entries will be treated as valid ONLY with a copy of proof of purchase
- This competition is a ‘game of skill'. Appropriately qualified persons will assess all the entires. All entries will be judged for accuracy, innovation and creativity. All entries must be in entrant's own words.
- Promotion commences 15th October 2007 and entries close on the 28th of December 2007.
- Entries must be received by Calphalon Australia at the above address by the 10th of January 2008.
- The competition will be judged on the 11th of January 2008 at 11:30am WST at 5-7 Glassford Road Kewdale Perth Western Australia.
- The winners will be notified for prize confirmation by telephone on the 11th of January 2008 and subsequently informed by mail and/or email. The details of the competition winners will be published on the Calphalon website http:/www.calphalon.com.au/ on the 11th of January 2008.
- If the prize recipient does not confirm within 30 days from the date of the draw a redraw will occur on the 11th of February 2008 at 11:30am WST at 5-7 Glassford Road Kewdale Perth Western Australia.
- Prizes will be distributed to winners directly by Shriro Australia Pty Ltd within 20 days of contacting the winner.
- The transport company will contact the recipient of the Everdure Ashburton Barbecue at least 1 day prior to delivering the goods (telephone number and/or mobile number required).
- The recipient will be responsible for any additional costs incurred for repeat deliveries if there is no one present at the nominated address or if delivery is refused or rejected in any manner.
- The recipient assumes all risk once the Everdure Ashburton Barbecue is delivered and signed for.
- Exact time of delivery on the day is not guaranteed by Shriro Australia or transport company as it is subject to traffic conditions, delivery routes etc.
- In the event that the transport company has attempted one delivery of the goods at an agreed time with the recipient and the recipient is not available to receive the goods, the recipient will be responsible for any additional costs incurred for repeat deliveries.
The recipient assumes all risk and is liable for any loss or damage brought about by any variation from the standard delivery process (e.g. requesting the transport company to leave the goods at the recipients premises when the recipient is not physically there to receive the goods).
